Dumpster Rental

• 14' Roll Off Dumpster (12.31 cubic yards)
• Rental Period & Pricing (price includes disposal costs up to 2 tons)

General Policy Rules

• Fill-Height Capacity - No items loaded into the dumpster are permitted to rest higher than the top of the dumpster walls. If the dumpster has been overloaded and items are placed over the top, we may refuse to pick up the dumpster. This is a matter of safety. The dumpsters do have a cover that must be secured in place while the filled dumpster is transported. If we need to reposition contents or incorporate straps and tie-downs in order to secure the load for transport there will be an additional $25 charge. We may refuse to take the dumpster if necessary and schedule a return trip at an additional charge of $75 plus any additional day charges if applicable.
• Fill-Weight Capacity -  If contents exceed the maximum capacity (7,000lbs), we may not be able to pick up the dumpster and the customer will be responsible for removing contents until the capacity is at safe level. A return trip at an additional charge of $75 plus any additional day charges if applicable.
• Cancellations - There is a 48-hour cancellation fee of $25.00 for any dumpster that is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.
• Weather - We cannot be held responsible for severe weather conditions and may not be able to pick up or deliver your dumpster if such conditions exist. If the drop-off location contains any ice and/or snow, we cannot be held responsible for not delivering the dumpster.
• Customer Location - Our dumpsters are delivered on a trailer. Some locations may not have adequate space to maneuver the truck and trailer into position. We do an aerial check of your location via Google Maps to confirm that there is adequate space to deliver and pick-up our dumpsters. We may have to refer you to a provider that uses a "roll-off" truck instead of a trailer. We reserve the right to refuse to drop the dumpster in a location that we feel is unsafe or impractical. The drop location must be a hard surface. In general, your yard is off limits.
• Expectations - Please provide us with as many details about your rental as possible so that we can provide you with a seamless and efficient experience with no surprises. 

Legal Disclaimer:
Outlook Enterprises, LLC is not responsible for damage caused by the customer's negligence during the drop off, filling period, or pick-up of the container. Exceeding the fill-height recommendation can quickly add thousands of pounds of weight, which puts a strain on your driveway. Picking up the dumpster is also a process that can cause damage if the dumpster is exceed the fill-weight capacity.  Should the container cause damage to asphalt or concrete driveways, during loading and/or unloading, we are only responsible if this was due to our negligence. The customer is responsible for damage caused to a rented dumpster by an overloaded condition or careless loading that causes structural damage or excessive cosmetic damage.
